DUVAUGHN BECKFORD

I'm an audio engineer based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, with professional experience in live sound, corporate audio, and recording.

My work spans concert venues, corporate environments, recording studios, and large ensemble sessions, alongside artists, engineers, and production teams.

My live work includes A1 and A2 roles across concerts, tours, and large-scale productions. I've worked FOH and monitors, handled live recording, prepared and operated audio systems, worked from technical riders, and supported productions from load-in and soundcheck through performance and strike.

My work has included productions at the Cape Cod Melody Tent and Berklee Performance Center, among others.

My recording experience spans orchestral, jazz, and band sessions. As a paid recording session assistant at Berklee College of Music, I worked directly on orchestral and jazz sessions, handling session setup, Pro Tools operation, communication with players, score documentation, session management, and breakdown.

I've engineered studio sessions and recorded live performances.

My working credits include Jim Gaffigan, John Mulaney, G. Love, Norah Jones, Chris Kirkpatrick (NSYNC), Judy Collins, and Joe Bonamassa, among others.

My work is grounded in technical knowledge, careful preparation, and the ability to operate within the system and production environment the job requires.
